A BUILDING’S ENVELOPE SERVES AS ITS
“CALLING CARD”, ESTABLISHING RELATIONS
BETWEEN THE SURROUNDINGS AND THE
PEOPLE WHO LIVE, WORK AND FUNCTION
INSIDE THE BUILDING.
Constantly evolving technologies have added
advanced features to envelopes to support the
dynamic interaction between the “inside” and
“outside”, balancing climatic factors together
with systems responsible for optimizing the
internal comfort of the building and
maximizing its performance requirements.
Aluminum Construction Group, founded in 1987, is one of the principal companies in the field of external screen walls for skyscrapers and other intricately designed buildings. The Group specializes in constant research of new systems, development, engineering, design, production, installation and maintenance of façades for skyscrapers – both residential and commercial – which serve to enhance the cognition and sense of wellbeing of the people behind the building’s envelope.
in its ability to flexibly react to the endlessly changing environmental conditions, minimizing heat dispersion in winter and excessive heat gain in summer.
Aluminum Construction Group holds about 50 different technological systems developed in its various plants.
These systems strive not only for architectural
quality, but also aim to provide the core
elements of healthy indoor environments. The
Group specializes in developing advanced outer
envelope systems which include artificial
intelligence (AI) and control systems, blending
quality and functionality in a single envelope.
cognition, productivity and sense of well-being
of the people living and working behind the façades it designs and produces, while supporting environmental sustainability, efficient energy production and massive energy savings.
QUALITY ABOVE ALL
All of the systems developed by Aluminum Construction Group come with a lifetime warranty, and undergo comprehensive tests at one of three advanced and independent laboratories for testing screen walls.
In the labs, screen walls are put through a wide range of tests: strength, sealing against air and water, energy transitions, heat transitions, safety, acoustics, fire, wear, corrosion, glass durability and more. The first two labs are owned by the Group:
Aluminum Construction Laboratory:
a static and dynamic laboratory that
tests screen walls in particularly
harsh environments. Regarded as
one of the three leading laboratories
in the world for testing screen walls
Highcon Laboratory: a static and
dynamic laboratory certified by IFT
Rosenheim Germany, one of the only
labs which enables testing of envelope
models with different geometric design

Rosenheim: a multi-disciplinary
laboratory qualified by the Laboratory
Accreditation Authority in Germany
The Group is headed by the parent company, with each subsidiary specializing in its respective field:
Specializes in designing, producing and installing the world's most sophisticated screen wall systems for office towers.
Produces superior screen walls for luxury residential towers and intricate commercial projects.
Designs and creates advanced geodesic envelopes, skylight systems and exclusive systems for one-of-a-kind façades.
Established in partnership with Schüco, Germany, Highcon is dedicated to Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) systems, integrating photovoltaic modules into the building envelope to simultaneously serve as the building's envelope material and power generator.
Specializes in inventive screen walls for skyscrapers, developed from steel and other composite materials which provide unique structural benefits.
Designs and integrates artificial
intelligence, control and cybernetic
systems which enable interaction
between the building's envelope and the
various systems for fresh air flow, air
conditioning, shading, lighting and more
to create a better living and working
Deals with the treatment, upgrading and renewal of building envelopes, specializes in investigating failures in façades, and creating appropriate rehabilitation protocols.
